If you need a hybrid: MercTreads/Ninja Tabi accordingly, Manamune and start building the stacks, Rod of Ages, then get Sheen until your manamune is at about 400-500 bonus mana, then work for an archangels, finish Trinity force, then get Frozen Heart or Banshee's veil (also accordingly). You end up with like 250-300 AD and AP with about 3k health and 4k+ mana and high defense.
Sounds expensive.
