so that I can stop using this laptop since it won’t be able to run GW2 or any newer games. As is it’s so loud playing League that nobody in skype can hear anything but the fan working overtime to cool it and tons of little clicks.

Just parts and the case is looking to be over…

I agree with nickers, a lot of high-end mobo’s aren’t really worth the money unless you are really pushing for overclocking. And if this computer is only used for gaming, you could probably do fine with an i5-2500k and a GTX 580. Also 16gb of RAM is pretty much overkill unless you’re running 1866’s instead of 1600’s. It’s better to run 8gb higher speed RAM than 16gb of standard. Also if you want to wait for July 4th, that’s when all the sales come.

I know it’s a bit much, but like I said I want it to last three or four years being able to run any new games that come out. I could cut down the cost by not having a solid state drive but I want that just for games really so they’ll load super fast. I could probably cut down the size of the power source by 100W too if I really needed to. I’m going to be using it for general use and programming as well. I’d rather get more than I need now and not have to upgrade every year.

Also I probably won’t be buying it right away. Looking around for better deals on parts. The 1TB HD is like less than half the cost because it’s refurbished. Basically the price of a same size standard drive but it runs at twice the speed.

Looking at building a PC with a friend of mine

Just parts and the case is looking to be over $1,400 for what I want not including externals like a monitor. It’ll probably last me at least 3-4 years though with a 120GB solid state drive and a 1TB regular HD. 16GB of ram (4 x 4GB), 3.4GHz quad-core processor and a fairly good motherboard and video card.

Uploading games my girlfriend played to LoLReplay

First tutorial game (Not super entertaining) under “Darrian Tutorial”

Vs Bots tutorial (A bit funny/sad) under “Darrian Vs Bots”

I took over after a bit though so the point where Ashe stops dying and starts killing stupid bots while the damn tutorial pops up warning about towers when I try to dive is the part I took over at.

My girlfriend came over and I was trying to get her to play league

She was just doing the tutorials and oh my god it was HILARIOUS.

Me: “No…no…no, you’re dying. You’re gonna die there. You-…you’re gonna…you died.”

Her: “FUCK THIS!”

I really hope LoLReplay records tutorial games.
